About this journal

Economic and Commercial transactions dominate a wide variety of social relations. The massive contemporary social changes, made it clear that law plays an outstanding role in regulating such transactions. Having all these in mind and tending to facilitate such transactions, this journal is launched to reflect the latest findings by the Iranian scholars in economic and commercial areas. We invite papers that focus on the current developments in the field.
