Aims and scope

The Journal of Economic and Commercial Law Research (Jecolaw) was launched in summer 2022. All articles relating to either economic or commercial topics are welcome. This includes, inter alia, the following sub-areas: Economic analysis of law, International business law, Company law, Private international law, Maritime law, Practices and case law of international commercial arbitration. We aim at enhancing the Persian academic literature in the aforementioned areas of law. Authors may submit articles in ‘research article’, ‘case notes’ or ‘book review’ formats.
