Abstract
Oil and gas are used both as energy and raw materials in petrochemical industry and products with high added value are produced from them. Oil and gas used as raw materials and energy are deemed as Anfal and should be used according to interests of Islamic society. For this reason, pricing in this industry has become a complex issue, which is affected by several factors including liquid and gas feed producers and consumers interests and Anfal related policy making.  
In this research, related laws of feed pricing are studied and the current pricing problems of the feed are stated and required suggestions to improve pricing model efficiency in this industry are made through  examining the pricing patterns applied in leading countries in petrochemical industry according to economic and political conditions of the country.Therefore, in­ the first part of this research, we will examine a series of transformative programs in the country's petrochemical industry after the Islamic Revolution. Then, we will study in detail the approvals of the decision-making bodies in the field of oil and energy. In the next section, the feed pricing policies and models in leading countries in this industry are examined and compared with applying model of feed pricing in the country. Finally, some solutions to improve both efficiency and policy making procedure in pricing petrochemical companies' feed will be provided.
