Abstract
The extensive progress of artificial intelligence technology has created complex challenges in the field of intellectual property, especially in regard to the copyright of outputs produced by artificial intelligence. Today, artificial intelligence creates works in which human intervention is either minimal, or the work is created independently by artificial intelligence without human intervention. The quality of some outputs produced by computers is comparable to the works created by skilled humans. By producing valuable works by artificial intelligence and the increase in their economic value, the scene for copyright claimants, including programmers, users and others, has become much more competitive and due to the ambiguity of the laws, copyright has faced serious challenges. The question of who owns the valuable "output" of such programs has also become a controversial legal issue. In response to the above-mentioned question, there are some options for assigning copyright ownership: artificial intelligence, programmer, user, a combination of programmer and user and the public domain. A suitable candidate will be a person whose entitlement has stronger legal foundations according to the relevant conditions.
